Drop off

One Week Boutique offers two days for you to drop off your items. There is no appointment needed.

• Wednesday, August 25   2-8PM
• Thursday, August 26   10AM-1PM                                 

Once you arrive, average length of time is 30-45 minutes. Depending on how many others are there at the same time, it can be shorter or longer. You must be in line by 8PM Wednsday and by 1PM on Thursday. NO drop offs will be allowed after 1PM Thursday, no exceptions!

Once you arrive at drop-off you will

• Check in at computer (very important or you don't get a check mailed!) and leave your stamp. Do not bring an envelope, we use custom envelopes.
• Pick up pre-sale passes at next station.
• Get in line for the next available volunteer to inspect your items. They will be checking for correctly pinned and placed tags and hangers (NO clip hangers!), making sure there are no stains, missing buttons, broken zippers and checking that items are in style and not too worn and that 2 piece sets are hung correctly. While waiting for inspection, you may begin putting out your clean non-clothing items on the sales floor (assuming you checked in at computer!)
• While in line, pick up "Large Item Claim Ticket" for each large item you have. Attach your barcode tag to it. We will help you with this.
• Shoes will now be inspected by volunteers at the HOLD area. Only the best will be accepted and limit 8 per consignor. Do not put shoes on shoe shelves!
• Volunteers need to stop at the Volunteer Table to complete timecard info and pick up volunteer pass.
• If you are selling a car seat you must complete the car seat checklist (print online) and turn it in at the car seat inspection table. We will put out car seats after they have been inspected. No car seats will be allowed on floor if not inspected and stamped!

Please do not be offended if a items are given back to you during inspection, we want to insure the highest quality possible for the sale. The sale is growing rapidly so we will be more particular about what we accept, only bring your BEST!

After your items have been inspected YOU will place them on the proper racks (racks will say "Girls 2T", "Boys 6 Months", Videos, etc). This part does not take long if you have pre-sorted your items by gender and size.

Volunteers need to pick up their pre-sale pass for the EXCLUSIVE volunteer only pre-sale at the check-in table. They get first choice on the entire sale!
